i can’t afford therapy so…let’s play.

We don’t really have rules, but here are some ideas on how you could use our conversation cards.

How to play:

In a pair or group:

Each player picks a card at random.

The player reads the card aloud.

Everyone in the group answers the question or completes the action.

Move on to the next card.

We suggest starting with the ‘Light’ section and then moving into ‘Shadow’. If you’re feeling up for it, mix and match between the two, or deep dive straight into ‘Shadow’.

Solo:

Do this on your own.

Choose a card at random and use it for self reflection, a video diary entry or as a journal prompt.

Pick up an action card at any time, when you feel like you need it or if you want to work somatically, as well as intellectually.

Specifications:

Light cards (86), Shadow cards (86), Action Cards (28)
